Return policy 

You may return most new, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. We'll also add the return shipping cost in the store credit if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If it is not our error, customer will need to pay for the return shipping cost. NO REFUNDS ON OPENED PRODUCTS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If your order is missing an item you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your package. Customers waiting beyond this time frame will not qualify for reimbursement or exchange.

You should expect to receive your store credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
